Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and equipped with a microwave, cleaned to a fantastic standard every day, and compared to some fancier hotels, they were twice the size. The hotel was well taken care of and very clean. The service was awesome and helpful, with the staff always happy and friendly. The location was perfect, right across the road from the International Market Place, which made it very convenient not only for entertainment but also for accessing the main thoroughfares in and out of the area. The dining experience was great at the Maui Onion Grill, and the facilities were top-notch.
The apartment-style rooms were a bit dirty and had bugs, but the sliding door onto the balcony overlooking a side street and neighboring apartments was fine. The service was highly helpful and the staff were always happy and friendly, although there was a disruptive incident with another guest. The location, while very close to Waikiki beach, had nearby construction. The dining experience was good, with included meals at Maui Onion Grill but with limited variety. Overall, a convenient option in Waikiki with some drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and bus stops, and the service was excellent with friendly staff. The cafe service was exceptional, especially Ms. Anamika. However, there was some mould between the sink and bench top in my room, which was a downside. The hotel offers good value for budget to midrange prices in the Waikiki area.
My stay was a mixed bag at this hotel. The rooms were in good condition, but poorly ventilated and had a strange smell. The service was fantastic, and they even offered us an upgrade and early check-in. The location was convenient, though there was construction nearby. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially at Maui Onion Grill. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was noisy with street noise at all hours, but it was convenient for exploring the area. The dining options were good but a bit repetitive. The rooms were on the outdated side and couldn't reach the programmed temperature, which was a letdown.
I couldn't have asked for a better deal on this hotel. The location is superb, within walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do in Waikiki. The room was incredibly comfy, and having a fridge and microwave was a real bonus. However, the lack of a second nightstand next to the king bed was a minor inconvenience.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms close to shops and restaurants, although lacking an ocean view which made it overpriced. The service was attentive and professional, with various amenities available. The central location was convenient, albeit with some street noise and construction disturbances. The dining options were decent, but limited for longer stays.
The hotel is a budget option resembling a roadside motel. The room lacked leisure amenities like DVDs or games, had only one bedside table in a spacious setting, torn curtains, and insufficient air conditioning. The service was consistently friendly, ranging from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. The location is fairly central, allowing easy access to the beach and several key attractions, despite ongoing construction noise. The dining experience was satisfactory but slightly monotonous, and early breakfast options were limited, prompting guests to consider the value for money. The facilities were adequate, with a focus on homemade Majorcan products.
The hotel boasts spacious and clean rooms with a good array of amenities, but some updates are needed. The staff offers top-notch service that is always friendly and readily available. The location is excellent, close to the International Marketplace and various dining options, though noise reduction could be improved. The dining experience, while satisfactory, could benefit from more variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service in a prime location.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was excellent, being very close to Waikiki beach and surrounded by great shopping options. However, the room I had was noisy and overlooked a not-so-pleasant view. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and friendly. The dining experience was a highlight with delicious food offered at the Maui Onion Grill. The facilities were decent, but some areas could use improvement.
